If you have any questions about your order, please call this number between the hours of 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday, excluding Bank holidays and weekends.
Order Line -
We regret our operators are unable to deal with enquiries on this number. Before calling, make a note of your order details, have your credit card number and expiry date and card security number handy and quote the reference number printed either on the back of your catalogue or say you are ordering via the website.
Fax Number -
Enquiries or orders can also be sent by fax. If it is an order you wish to place please include your credit card details. Please also include your telephone number in case of any transmission or legibility problems.
*Charges to 03 numbers are the same as standard UK landline numbers starting in 01 or 02. Calls to 03 numbers are often included in bundled minutes and unlimited call packages. Please contact your provider for more information. Charges to 0844 numbers cost 5p per minute from a BT landline. Other networks and mobile providers may vary. All calls may be monitored and recorded for training purposes.

It is usual for our help desk to respond to your email queries within 24 hours. However during our busy season (September - February) we do ask for up to 5 days to respond.
Please be aware that we ask for up to 21 days for delivery and items may arrive separately. If you still have not received your full order after this time, please supply the item code and description.
Payments and Refunds
If you have paid by Credit/Debit card we will charge your card when you place an order. If you have returned a parcel for a refund, please allow up to 14 days for this to be processed. We will contact you to confirm we have received your goods.
You may return an item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Returned parcels remain the customer's responsibility until received by us. Please allow 14 days for a refund. Please ensure you include details of the item code and reason for the return.
Remove from Mailing
Please give full information including details of which catalogue. Please be aware that we process our mailings in advance and so you may still receive further catalogues until this request is processed.
Cancelling an Order
If you decide to cancel an order please inform us of the item code and description. Please note that some items are delivered direct from our suppliers so although we will endeavour to cancel your order your request maybe too late. In such an instance we will ask you to return the item to us. Please include item code and description and details of query.

If you have moved home or we have incorrect details for you please click the above link and advise previous details and new address.
