Use it upright with the headrest for reading or watching TV, the cushion supporting the natural curve of your spine and minimising pressure points. Use it in the reclined position to gently elevate your upper body, ideal if you suffer from hiatus hernia, reflux, or are recovering from hip surgery. Or use it as a leg pillow to elevate swollen ankles, rest tired legs or ease knee pain. The headrest can even be removed to use as a separate lumbar cushion.
