Is online payment the only way to pay?
If you wish to place your order online all items must be paid for at the point of submitting your order. Some longer term 'Out of Stock' items will be charged when the item is back in stock and ready for despatch. If you choose to pay via PayPal all orders will be charged at the point of submitting your order.

What is Divido?Divido is an interest free credit provider we have teamed up with to offer you additional payment options. Subject to eligibility, you can easily spread the cost of your order with 0% interest finance, with a small deposit and equal monthly payments.
How many monthsYou can pay in 6, 10 and 12 monthly instalments with Divido at 0% interest.
DepositYou can pay a minimum of 10% up to 50% deposit if you wish to pay more.
Who is eligible to use Divido?Anyone who has lived in the UK for at least 3 years, is over 18 years old, works at least 16 hours per week (or is in receipt of a pension) and has a good credit history is eligible to use Divido. You also need a debit or credit card to pay the deposit.
What can I buy with Divido?You can purchase any items marked with the Divido Logo. However, all items in your basket must be Divido eligible to I use this method.
How do I pay using Divido.Just complete a short online application which takes a few minutes. If you're approved, you can pay the deposit and e-sign the online credit agreement to complete your purchase.
How can I buy an item using Divido?
- Simply add your selected products to your basket. Your basket value must be at least £250 for the finance option to apply.
- When you get to the checkout, please select payment option Divido 'Pay in instalments’ and then click ‘Apply for Finance’.
- You will be redirected securely to complete the online Divido application form.
- You will normally get a decision from Divido instantly. In case your application doesn’t get approved instantly you can call our customer services team on 0330 331 0303 or Divido directly to discuss why your application may not have been approved.
- Complete the e-signature.
- You will receive an order confirmation from Expert Verdict and you order will be processed for despatch.
When do I get my item(s)?Your goods will be despatched as soon as they are available.
When do I start paying my instalments?You will not start to pay your agreed monthly instalments until you have received your item(s).
What’s the most I can finance with Divido?We can finance purchases for up to £2.5k. If you want to buy something more expensive, you can use Divido to pay the first £2.5k.
Can I use an offer code with the Divido finance option?Yes, of course you can. Simply enter your offer code in the checkout and your discount will be applied.
Why was my credit application declined?In circumstances where credit applications are declined this decision is not made by Expert Verdict, it could be due to a limit credit history, a poor credit rating or you have made an error on your application. Please ensure that you have met the criteria and check your application before submitting it. If you are in any doubt of your credit rating, please consult a credit reference agency. Please note, all checks and applications are processed securely by Divido www.divido.com, with Expert Verdict acting solely as an intermediary.
What happens if I’m declined?You can complete your purchase using another payment method.
