Ive tested it out on hardwood floors and carpet and Im impressed with how well it copes with pet hair! Weve got 3 cats and 2 dogs so the floors need regular vacuuming and this vacuum does a great job of cleaning without getting it stuck on the roller EMI

Once the initial set up is understood it is very good for the elderly as you can hear good quality and the numbers are large. Picture buttons useful as you can ring programmed numbers just pressing the picture. Good value for the money MR J.R. OAKLEY
