    I bought this not because I believed what is claimed about reducing ironing time and saving electricity but because my existing cover was done - dirty and split and because my ironing board is a Brabantia wide one I have been unable to find a replacement.It does not seem to reduce ironing time and if I lower the temperature of the iron then I cannot use the steam programme. I also hoped that I would be able to iron a folded sheet on one side only but was not satisfied with that. But I am perfectly happy with it and glad I bought it.
