Also make sorbet, gelato and frozen yoghurt, all in around 20 minutes, and cater for special diets simply. As long as you freeze the gel-filled bowl for about 12 hours, then pre-chill your ingredients in the fridge, after connecting the stirrer you'll quickly have a delightful dessert.
