Also, it offers high thermal efficiency, heating up fast on all stove types, including induction while delivering even heat distribution for consistent cooking. For your peace of mind, the pan is 100% PFOA, PTFE and APEO-free making it an eco-friendly choice.
Multi-function detachable handles
The innovative pan 'lip' and Smart-touch lid allow steam to escape and aid the straining of liquids. Plus, unlike regular pans, this model features detachable, stay-cool bakelite handles on two sides. Two short handles turn it into a buffet pan, while a long handle converts it for use as a conventional sauté pan with a helper handle. For oven use, simply raise the lock-in latch to detach them.
