The ghost chip dumps 200 fake credit card ‘numbers’ into the criminal’s skimming device. This is enough to stall and crash smaller scanners and fill others with a stream of nonsense numbers. The numbers transmitted by the ghost chip are consistent for all cards. So if any SkimGuard Active 3.0 gets scanned and dumps its 200 numbers, other users will be invisible to that skimmer. The criminal’s scanner will think it’s already collected those numbers.

SkimGuard Active 3.0 also features three bright LED’s embedded in the card to provide improved user feedback by alerting you whenever any intruding signal is detected.
