The lamp has a good solid sturdy base with a lovely finish. Looks much more expensive than it cost. The flexible neck is brilliant I can position it so that the light is directed exactly where I want it to go. Excellent lamp SARAH M.

Excellent. I wish we'd bought one sooner. It would have been such a help to our elderly dog. As it is it is so much easier for us to go in and out of the back door with a smaller step down. DIANA
