Young Tissue Extract (YTE®) is obtained by carefully freeze-drying an extract from fertilised semi-incubated eggs produced in Norway. This stem cell enhancer was first discovered in the 1940s by legendary Canadian Dr John Ralston Davidson, and has recently been the subject of numerous double-blind studies. Albeit with comparatively small numbers of participants due to costs, these studies have indicated benefits for stamina, energy, sleep, stress management and depression amongst other things.
