Very happy with it. Use each day for 20 minutes and vary the speed. As I am unable to walk far due to arthritis, I am finding it helpful in keeping me moving. Would definitely recommend. ROSE

Wow! This is a different honey! It is amazingly smooth and tastes a bit like caramel - a teaspoon or two in the morning to start the day. A treat. DAN
