I love this. I keep it in the freezer and it holds the cold for ages. Great for my neck and shoulder issues and I heat it from time to time. NIKKI

I was having to stack pillows behind me which never stay in place. This one is pretty big. Covers my fall back and the neck support is in exactly the right place. It's also fully filled out. Very happy with this purchase. E. ANDERSON
