The lamp has a good solid sturdy base with a lovely finish. Looks much more expensive than it cost. The flexible neck is brilliant I can position it so that the light is directed exactly where I want it to go. Excellent lamp SARAH M.

We bought this so that we could switch off all the AV equipment behind the TV at night which ensures that 4 different appliances are not on standby for about 18 hours a day. It has to add up especially with bills going up . SAM
